Ordering
Online Shipping:
Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. You may pay with Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, e-check, bank transfer, or Pay Pal online.
Regular Orders:
Note: When ordering by phone or mail, we only accept Visa and Master Card.
Phone:
When ordering by phone, you need to have the following: order number, item description, quantity, price, your name, address (including city, state, and zip), phone number; Visa, Master Card, or Discover card name; card number, expiration date, and your e-mail address. We will confirm your order by e-mail.
Mail:
Print out Order Form. Print information clearly with a pen. Include check, money order, or credit card information with order form. Make the check or money order out to Tamra L. Lyne and mail to:

Money orders will be shipped 1-3 days from receipt (rush orders will be shipped next day and will require extra shipping charges), while merchandise purchased by check will be shipped upon check's clearance by the bank.

The online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Conditions of Use:
The patterns are protected by federal copyright law which prohibits their reproduction and distribution by any means. Commercial use is prohibited without the prior written consent of Tamra Lyne of I Love 2 Quilt Designs. This also applies to free patterns.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to a Wisconsin address. Sales tax will be added automatically to your bill at the time of purchase whenever applicable. All prices and transactions are in US dollars.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, e-checks, bank transfers, or Pay Pal when purchasing online.

We value our customers and respect their privacy. It is our policy that all personal information is kept confidential. We will not sell, lease, or share our contact lists or your personal information in any form. We securely keep all addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses in our office, not on the internet. Occasionally, you may receive a flyer announcing new patterns, products, or sales. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions.

All transactions are 100% safe and secure through Pay Pal.
Return Policy:
Patterns: To protect the designer's work, patterns are not returnable under copyright law.
Products: Kits may be returned at the price paid if completely unused, uncut, unopened, and in their original package. Shipping and handling is not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on each item returned.
Shipping:
Products are shipped First Class by the United States Postal Service.
All shipments are subject to product availability. Special shipping requests are subject to our approval. Actual freight charge may vary. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Merchandise paid by money order will be shipped 1-3 business days upon receipt, while merchandise purchased by check will be shipped upon the check's clearance by bank.
